By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
About ZhaoWheels
ZhaoWheels offers miniature vehicle models, including cars, trucks, transport vehicles, and construction equipment models.
Product information, photographs, specifications, materials, colors, and other details are provided to help customers understand each item before making a purchase.
Because product photographs may be displayed differently depending on screen settings and lighting conditions, the actual color or appearance of a product may vary slightly from the images shown online.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and specifications accurate and up to date.
However, minor differences may occur between product images and the physical product, particularly with colors, surface finishes, printed markings, packaging, or small design details.
If a product has specific material, size, scale, or other specifications, those details will be provided on the applicable product page when available.
We reserve the right to correct an inaccurate product description, price, availability, or other website information when an error is identified.

Products shown on our website are subject to availability.
A product may become unavailable before an order can be fully processed. If we are unable to fulfill an order because the selected product is unavailable, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund of the unavailable item.
We do not guarantee that every product displayed on the website will remain available for a particular period of time.
Pricing
Product prices are displayed on the applicable product page and during checkout.
Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout where applicable.
We reserve the right to change product prices or shipping charges at any time. Price changes will not affect an order that has already been successfully accepted and paid for, except where correction of an obvious pricing or listing error is necessary.
Orders

After an order is submitted successfully, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
An order confirmation indicates that we have received your order request. It does not prevent us from canceling an order in situations such as payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory issues, incorrect pricing, or other circumstances that make fulfillment unavailable.
If we need to cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Shipping
We currently ship orders within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time are treated as orders received on the next business day for processing purposes.
USPS is currently used for order delivery.
Transit times are estimated and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address because incorrect information was provided at checkout, additional shipping costs or other available solutions may apply.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error after placing an order.
Order Tracking
After an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided when available.
Customers may receive tracking information by email and may also be able to view shipment information through their customer account.
Tracking information is provided by the applicable carrier, and delivery updates may take some time to appear after shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 35 days from the date the customer receives the order.
Returned products must generally be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Free from noticeable wear or signs of use
- Returned with applicable tags, accessories, and original packaging where applicable
Returns may be accepted for buyer's remorse, non-defective products, defective products, or products that were incorrectly shipped, subject to the conditions described in our Refund Policy.
Clearance items, final-sale products, or other specifically identified non-returnable products may be excluded from return or exchange.

Return Shipping
For a return due to a change of mind or other customer preference, the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping cost.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
If an item is defective, damaged, or was incorrectly shipped, ZhaoWheels will cover the applicable return shipping cost according to our Refund Policy.
If a customer pays an approved return shipping cost in advance, reimbursement may be handled based on the actual shipping cost and the circumstances of the return.
Refunds
After a returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds are normally processed within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, such as PayPal or the applicable card/payment provider.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
We do not deduct a restocking fee from an approved refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us promptly.
To help us review the issue, we may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, or other relevant information.
For an approved claim, we will work with the customer on an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Lost Return Packages
If a customer returns an item using a shipping service and the package is lost during transit, please contact us and provide the return tracking information and available shipping records.
We will review the circumstances and work with the customer to determine the appropriate resolution.
Customers should retain the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been completed.
